So far some good observations:
1) DEWs are military/MSM/Business page admitted weapons. Anons have DEW flashlights of smaller Scale. Docs do surgery with lasers. Looks new but is actually old tech, possibly improved in design for military by private corps who are now contracting with the enemy and pay to players.
Frequency of laser seems to matter as to what molecular materials are targeted. Flesh one thing in surgery. Homes, Cars seem other frequencies.
2) Microwave seems to create power grid sparks like tinfoil in kitchen microwave. Theory here is grid being hit by microwave of some kind causing sparks
3) Smart Meters have created evidence of the capacity for "address targeted" fires. Threw in a vid of this since there are far fewer of these than the others.

4) Intentional setting of fires by arson is always the "go to" for normies, but this does not rule it out in specific areas, burned for specific reasons. It does not explain burned houses in areas where "forest fire" has no burn path to the neighborhood and only homes/cars are burned.
5) Woolsey fire suspects maybe the Nuke plant that melted down was hot fire start. Needs investigation. Does not explain the other fires, but, maybe the other fires were done for"cover" of the radiation release?
Which gets us to Motives discussed below
Motives so far I have seen:
1) Agenda 21 now known as Agenda 30 to move US citizens off private property into apartments. Forbid entry into most lands in the UN sponsored "Biodiversity Treaty". History of treaty solid in the paperwork.
2) Removing people from their homes for a high speed rail without having to pay much for eminent domain while legislators profit pay to play style. Hinted at by Q.
3) RED LINE attack threat on Q post.
4) Cover for Woolsey fire Nuke plant leak of Radiation. (If only one fire, the nuke plant melt down fire stat would have been easily spotted by public)
5) New gold found under Paradise (possibly other neighborhoods) Gold found in large chunks, possibly new major vein, so removing people and attempting to buy up their property for gold mine. Who are the corporations attempting the purchases before the fires is good question. Much of this being reported now by home owners in certain areas.
Most far out, but possible new science would be the cold-fusion DEW hypothesis. This combination of laser wrapped in tesla coil would indeed be new observation as opposed to just laser tech above which is well understood.
BUT,
this has been reproduced in a couple labs, melts aluminum, causes steel to twist while getting colder, and leaves paper and trees (wood) alone.
Can apparently be frequency modified to cause concrete molecules to repel one another causing a new phenomena called "dustification" when concrete repels it's bonds at the molecular level. One wonders what other materials can be targeted with a change in cold fusion frequency.
Also considering that possibility that all of the above have been used at different fire locations for different targeted properties based on different cabal needs.
