Lock down the border, let MX deal with the illegals in their country.
A new wall will be no more effective than the current wall if illegals are given free education, free healthcare, welfare, housing assistance, jobs, and get out of jail free cards then they will continue to come. If laws are enforced, privileges suspended, and penalties enacted then the flow of illegals will stop.
