THEORY:

CA fires were intentionally set, but not to clear out fucking space for Gov Browns stupid high stupid high speed train OR to get federal funding for their bankrupt pension (though they are nice side benefitds)

These fires were started by the evil Chinese who own all of CA. They are doing this as a warning to all of their bought and paid for puppets in Hollywood and Sacramento, that if they cut their strings and run to Trump then the Chinese will burn down their entire fucking state and all their mansions.
