Who chooses which threads will be included in the "dedicated research threads"?

I remember that it had some other threads and it definitely didnt have the bot created, muhjewish question thread. It wasnt included for a reason, 90% of the post are made by the spambot that is deployed here often on the main breads, or by the second bot, all snip pasta.

1. I think that the one who put it there was the clown who baked late at night and added the spambot pasta to notables.

2. I think it used to include the thread about the reddit premium logo digs, that q talked about 2 months ago. Now it isnt there.
