Along this line. I just watched “sum of all fears”. At a high level this is about some original Nazis from WW2 learning from their mistakes. The Nazi faction buys a nuke on the black market and plants it in the US. The purpose is to set the US and Russia on a path to destroy each other - so the Nazis can come in afterward and rule the world. This is the premise of the movie.
Don’t get wound up with loose nukes. It’s about divide and conquer to rule the world. The Nazi world. Using (((their))) Nuke to start it.
I think this is the reference being made from the beginning of Qs drops containing “sum of all fears”.
Has this premise been captured in old notables? I didn’t find it laid out plainly. And usually it’s lumped in with Hunt for Red October. I think that’s different and likely related to the sub missile attack.
