SECTION 1.

PERMANENT REAUTHORIZATION OF LAND AND 4 WATER CONSERVATION FUND. 5 (a) IN GENERAL.Section 200302 of title 54, United 6 States Code, is amended 7 (1) in subsection (b), in the matter preceding 8 paragraph (1), by striking During the period end9 ing September 30, 2015, there and inserting
