Foreign born is not the issue. Voter fraud it. A great many of the people living in California are not US citizens. There lies the problem. It was no coincidence that California began issuing Driver's licenses to people that gives them status and allows them to also vote illegally—despite what the state says. California was one of the states that vehemetly refused to hand over its voter rolls to the election fraud commission that POTUS appointed a while ago.
Q keeps saying that these people are stupid, but they're not so stupid at all. They know exactly what they're doing. They're winning by fraud and getting away with it.
