(YouTube Rumor - DEBUNKED)

This has been picking up steam since Friday 2018.11.16 when a caller to a YouTube radio show stated they had received orders to report for military duty, to conduct DOMESTIC operations. Audio was convincing. However, posted orders are highly suspicious:

They appear to be a redacted copy of sample orders made available online by the Department of the Army.
