I was wondering how that worked up in Oregon, only ever heard of bits and pieces of the water permit collection problems
also i wonder, is this the reason Lake Mead is almost empty now? 40 years of diverted water has finally almost emptied it? not sure if the diversion of the west coast water supply to the ocean is tied to the Colorado river somehow creating the Lake Mead to critical levels now
