Reconcile trying to divide time by half on a regular 12 hour clock.
It's even worse in WA state, can't collect water from gutters even. Which state was it back east, Mass or Connecticut that actually taxes structures by square footage for the rain water that runs off the roofs.
How in the world do they justify this?
It's not like they own the damn rain clouds.
People have actually been thrown in jail for collecting rainwater without permits. A rancher in Oregon was fined outrageously and jailed for putting a pond on his property without their precious permits.
Water is a fundamental basic required for life to exist.
Denying access to it for political reasons should be a death penalty offense in my opinion.
