That is not enough.
There would be a page with command signatures of some kind…(I would surmise….not mil) .
There is nothing on that page with Command Authority. (Again…im not mil….is there?)
That could be typed up by anybody. I cant imagine an official deployment order would not have some kind of Command sig.
