You're completely missing my point.

Q is referring here to the map ALREADY revealed back in November, not adding to it. In fact, the drop you quote shows his frustration that we didn't decode red October yet even though it was already laid out in the map.

I don't know what the map is. Point is we sure as hell haven't figured it out yet, the qlock is fun but not it, and the whole map was revealed EARLY ON.
