If you understand Human Beings, you will understand that Q could release 100% of the information and force every citizen at gunpoint to review it all at least once….and it wouldn't have the effect you seek. Only those who WANT to know the truth ever will, and Q has told us that in the end, the choice to know will be ours. Additionally, if you view the material as just RAW intel, then you could imagine how there would reach a point of diminishing returns on most normies. Seeing 2 sacrificial ceremonies then being told there were 98 more will have the same impact as seeing all 100, in other words.
4.) Ignoring something only works if that something doesn't have the power to break through otherwise. Initially they didn't take Trump seriously and gave him tons of media because they thought it would hurt the eventual Rep Candidate. Even after they realized he was a threat, though, the cat was out of the bag. They couldn't freeze him out any longer, their only choice was full frontal assault.
5.) This is a stupid question. Many people awaiting trial or charges live normal lives in the meantime. If you wanted to keep the pending trials quiet while waiting, then allowing them some freedom is a small price to pay.
