RUMORS, SAUCE, AND THEORIES Part 1

3rd, 4th, 5th person info again. Unconfirmed rumors of why the caravan ended up in Tijuana. It is said that a caravan of buses entered into the Mexican state of Tamulipas trying to get to the border, but the buses were stopped by the cartel. The cartel proceeded to pull 20 or 30 men off the buses, lined them up, and executed them on the side of the road in view of all the buses. They then told the buses to turn around and not to come back into Tamulipas. This rumor came from a friend who works in a warehouse on the border with Tamulipas that receives shipments from Mexico, and it was told to him by one of the Mexican truck drivers.

Was also told there is a video floating around on facebook of one of the migrants that went to Tijuana being very vocal on video claiming that there were 30,000 of them, they had a right to go the US and look for work, and no one could stop them. Then, follow up images of the guy, supposedly after being picked up by the cartel, beat to bloody pulp and I guess left for dead.

Apparently, the cartel doesn’t want any more attention brought to the border than is already there. They can deal with the Mexican military, the mexican police, and rival cartels but they don’t want to mess with the US Military.

Moving on to border sauce from the local news channel, you can check for updates here: www.krgv.com/

First, there are two different military camps set up, one in Donna and another in Weslaco. The Weslaco camp is right on expressway 83 and the military has taken over a recently closed furniture store which was surrounded by lots of open land, They fenced it all in within a day or two and it looks like they have maybe 60-80 acres enclosed. They have their tents, porta potties, and lots and lots of hemitts heavy equipment trucks that look like they are set up to move cargo containers (theory on this later), and of course humvees, lighting, etc. Helicopters fly in and out of there, along with the local mcallen and edinburg airports.

First, Mattis’s visit to what looks to be the DONNA camp:

I’m not to good with the screen capture/grab bit, but pay attention to the :57 second mark and you’ll see tons of cargo containers. At 1:13 Mattis says they’ll have to deploy to non-traditional location and do their job.

Separately, there is a WESLACO camp:

Of course the media has to make it look like they are triggering a vet’s PTSD by editing the interview with the guy. The news makes a comment about his PTSD then includes a clip that doesn’t sound like he’s talking about his PTSD (assuming he ever said he had any). He does say they have about 50 porta-potties and so they are expecting a lot of people. I’m no event planner, but whenever I’ve got to fairs, public events, parades, etc, with thousands of people, I’ve never seen 50 porta potties, maybe 12-15 on the high side. The reporter then says that there are more than 2,800 troops are stationed in South Texas.

Local Hospitals prepping for potential arrival of Caravan:

“A South Texas Health System spokeswoman says all hospitals are under the direction of federal authorities regarding this matter.” To add to this, I can say that there are trailers stationed outside one of the hospitals that have refrigeration units on them, I believe they are portable morgues that are used for mass casualties events when the hospitals don’t have any more room. A hospital, I think, really only has room for like 7 or 8 bodies in their morgue if I recall correctly, so these additional trailers, if they are portable morgues, at least quadruple their capacity.

Then this, Federal Gov’t Proposes Use of Cargo Containers to Stop Caravan

“The federal government says it’s preparing to use cargo containers at the international bridges if the need arises to keep people from coming into the U.S. illegally.”

And finally this, Valley Residents Reminded to Stay Prepared During Last Leg of Hurricane Season

“Although the end of the season is typically quiet in Texas, forecasters are still reminding residents to stay prepared” Telling residents to have batteries, generators working, food, etc. with only two weeks left in hurricane season and NO hurricanes, much less tropical storms, anywhere to be found!

>>3961220 PART 2

This leads me to this theory. The Rio Grande Valley is one of the places that will end up under martial law. There is no caravan heading for the border. The RGV is a massive hot bed of fraud and corruption.

The Clintons used to visit here and pick up big sums of money from their bundler, Alonzo Cantu. He owns Cantu Construction, majority shareholder and owner of Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance, and Lone Star National Bank, through which it is said drug money is laundered. I speculate he may be one of the people under sealed indictment. His bank and hospital have always gotten a pass from the fed government for violations, of course, he always had the Clintons making sure he was covered. I had heard, some years ago, that the hospital was sending $500 per month per outstanding share to the DNC.

So, my theory is that once the indictments begin to get unsealed and if it becomes necessary to delcare martial law, those shipping containers will be used to block of traffic or block in protesters, or both. There is just way to much equipment and containers to block off the bridges. You only need two containers to block off the bridge, 4 if you want to double stack them. This theory is just for regular run of the mill swamp creatures getting indicted and arrested. I can potentially see a more dire scenario.

Local law enforcement has been complicit in helping move contraband. The local ex-sheriff, Lupe Trevino, and his son, along with many others, were indicted not long ago. They had been stealing loads from one cartel and selling it to others along with providing police escorts to loads. This wasn’t limited to the sheriff’s dept, local police agencies are in on it too. My guess, if they go after local corrupt cops, is that they will most likely go peaceably. However, the people the they are in cahoots with, cartel members, may not go so easily, and hence the take over of the hospitals and the portable morgues.

These “bad hombres” might try to get back to Mexico, and that might be one of the reasons for this 3 day training.

“U.S. law enforcement is meeting with Mexican counterparts to strengthen relationships between local and federal agencies. The training will focus on medical applications out in the field, investigating crimes scene and detecting fraudulent documents like passports and IDs.”

http://www.krgv.com/story/39473476/law-enforcement-from-both-sides-of-border-undergoing-3-day-training

If this plays out, I’m kind of guessing that the holding area for the round up will be the Donna camp, since in the videos, that one is surrounded by razor wire. The Weslaco camp is surrounded by just regular chain link.

Not sure how bad things will get, but certainly looks like the expectations are for big storm. Thanks Q team and all Annons!
