A quick and dirty Faraday cage substitute is an old microwave oven. Not a true F-cage, but it has many of the same protective properties and you can pick a used one up cheap. Or if you're like me you can go down to the basement and find the one that broke 8 years ago that you haven't gotten around to cannibalizing for electronic parts yet.

 

But ffs, PRINT as well as storing on e-media.

I posted this below but will give it to you direct, to save you the trouble – an old microwave oven is much like a Faraday cage protection-wise.
