Not sure if this has been mentioned, but As The World Turns was the 1st 30 minute Soap Opera. It ran for 54 years and stopped running when JFK died.

Was this the 1st mass public attempt at MK Ultra on TV? Could the theme music be involved?

Were these the 1st memes? Why can I remember theme songs from shows I didn't watch but can't remember where my car is?
