Karen Carpenter had the nicest voice, not really my genre, though. Joni Mitchell's still here, and a very talented writer and singer. For the rock'n'rollers like myself, I'd give due to Janiis,but Ann Wilson & Chrissie Hynde are the better female vocalists out there. Sure there are others, but these days the auto tune makes them sound like chipmunks.

Saw some video with God knows how many 10's of millions of views and couldn't believe what passes for talent these days.

 

Wow! Taylor Swift can really hit those G & C chords! Not to mention the D, but she needs a capo to do a decent F. No more dangling e string to fret about!
