Looked up the number and Orange County has 1,566,854 active registered voters. thegatewaypundit article House races R (590,598) and D (776,218) total is 1,366,816. It does not state if the House race ballots included third party, rejected or blank votes. That gives a highly suspect total voter turnout of 87.2% CA has 30 days to complete canvasing or Dec 6; wonder how many D votes will be discovered by then.
