Could it be like "My Blue Heaven"

The town of "Paradise" was a "Witness Protection Program" site.

Where they would dump all the WPP people.

Then when audited it was too much RED INK.

Decided to scrub the whole project and start over.

Or Someone found out it was a Deep State dump site for WPP.

and we will never find out those names of those victims.
