I have a couple theories on this. First, I never thought for a second that POTUS does his own twatting. Pretty sure Q handles it to ensure timing and typos are perfect for interpretation. Secondly, it seems like when Q goes radio silent, Trump's twatting activity seems to increase. Just my 2¢.
