Your missing the point here, MSM's are pumping out fake news as fast as they can come up with it. FCC already has authority to shutdown MSM's that are proven to be pushing false info.

Check out the FCC pages for what happens when falsified info is published knowingly.

What ever it takes to prove the info is true, is what needs to be done BEFORE they air that shit out.

Problem with MSM's today, they don't care if it's truth or not, and it's high time they got a kick in the gonnads and started doing their job correctly again.
