When I was in college, 45 years ago, I was told by my professor if I had a question about any meds to ask the pharmacist. That is where the Dr. goes to get their info.
There is more then heavy metals in our water. There are tons of meds in it too along with other crap they put in the water. I don't do distilled water but you have to spend money and get a good water filter including one for the whole house. I can't afford it but that is the optimum.
