No it's not YEC
The people who study it started with an authentic mathematician /physicist named A. Fomenko and are scientists, but also Christians of a sort.
They believe the figure "Jesus" was a real King - and the legends of that figure came down to us in different streams of story-telling. And that "Jesus" is a real historical figure who is called by different names; And was a real historical figure with real enemies and real power.
It would probably be more difficult to un-wind what really happened in the past to the best of anyone's ability, at this time - with destruction of all evidences / witnesses.
The Internets will help?
It could be there are pockets of elite - very tiny; like the "10 " at the level of "Q" who would be privy to special knowledge/ crumbs? And / or authentic documents to help solve the puzzle.
The phrase "the falsified history" needs ot be "unpacked" :
the falsifiers likely used real narratives, real history and then maybe "historical recreation" "historical fiction" as they do now; but the kernel or some parts, some very large parts would be authentic - once placed in the right framwork or context.
Isn't it true that with our own work on topical subjects [current history as it unfolds] the readings of the news stories depend on one's assumptions [ the frame or context of the reader]?
So the stories aren't entirely fictionalized but it is the Chronology itself which can be proved incorrect.
So to re-create the more scientifically and statistically probable chronology would be the task.
The Russian researcher translators say that the falsifiers / fakers created an "echo" of the real events which actually took place in the years we call "Renaissance" "Late Middle Ages" 'Enlightenment" and projected those events back into a fake timeline, by lengthening the alleged numbered years [adding years in the past] for which we have no real evidence, creating a "ghost" history.

^^^Not sure if this as deemed Notable Baker
Yet if it's a real Newsweek article, which it apparently is, that means the C-A [Newsweek Company since '64 was mockingbird] may be bracing themselves for a "backpedal" once events start unfolding.
The article gives credibility to "Q" project.
"It could be" is the implication of the article; yet not with the '"Q" team per se as guilty parties in the disappearance of Spacey.
Check it/ Pic related; Spacey brings a skull with him for a talk / lecture; Was he rehearsing Hamlet at the time? No he wasn't. He was working on stage play of Richard. Skull had zero to do with subject of his talk. Coincidence?

If any of this is redundant, I'm sorry. No time to catch up on Notables.
