This fox article twice mispells the nation turkey federation acronym as NFT, add 1947 to the search of NFT and come up with the WTO general charter it looks like. Not sure how marrakesh fits in (1994 addendum called the Uruguay round agreement). Gotta look some more. Maybe some turkeys involved in upsetting trade balances to the US have been pardoned before
