Imo no dual citizenship of any kind should be allowed in government. As for jews, many might choose to be patriotic to their nation and not claim the israeli citizenship. Herzl spoke of the zionist repatriation movement as a solution for jews who feel attacked and outcasted as a minority around the world, a return to the ancestral land. This was the most simplistic and naive idea behind zionism. Who knows what the global powers that be installed into this movement behind the scenes.
