Dianne Feinstein, Kamala Harris, send letter informing Trump they’d like a say in his 9th circuit nominees
If the phrase “9th Circuit Court of Appeals” makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up, you’re not alone.
The famously activist court has been a thorn in the strict-constructionist’s side for a long, long, time. As CNN reported back in October, it seemed as though President Trump was ‘ready to take the gloves off,’ and go to war with the radical leftists on the west coast.
Here’s hoping they were right:
