I have news for you, Christianity is NOT a new or different religion. Jesus said he did not come to change the law but to fulfill it. Nothing changed other than we are now under grace if we accept it.

Who were the first Christians? The Jews. Christ HAD to offer grace to them first because of the promise, and some accepted it but many did not. After their rejection, grace was offered to the whole world Jew and Gentile alike.

All you have to do is look at the history of the Jews, many, many times God has reduced their numbers because of their rejection of Him and following false gods. It was THEIR choice, so the consequences are also theirs.

True Christianity is still Judaism because the law is still in effect as well as the promise. The only real difference is that by grace we are no longer under the burden of the law because Christ paid the penalty for our sins so therefore in that regard, the letter of the law is satisfied.

And there you have it folks. Take a look at my post and the responses it elicited. >>3976739

I am not anti-Semitic, but I do understand that many Jews rejected Christ years ago and STILL hate Him. THOSE are the ones you need to watch out for. Not ALL Jews, although it's a pretty high number sadly.

What is the spirit of anti-Christ? Someone who is against Christ. Who will froth at the mouth in some cases if you even bring up Christ? Look at the responses to my posts. I have a feeling that many of these muh joo posters are in fact Jews who are trying to comp the board in case anyone has failed to notice that. Pay close attention to what aspects of my posts they attack. When I make a statement about what Jews think they tell me I know nothing. How do they know?

The one thing I know for sure is that the bible is correct. Christ fulfilled the letter of the law by dying for our sins, and there are some people who don't like that and continue to want to live under the mosaic law as a way to salvation. What they fail to understand is, if you live by the law, you shall die by the law and grace will have no part of it.

The choice ultimately is, who is going to pay the bill for your sins? You, or your proxie in Christ?

How is it not? Christianity merely means follower of Christ. He Himself said he didn't come to change the law. What part of that don't you understand? Jesus didn't say, "Hey, I've come to start a new religion." He came to gather the flock and redeem those that were lost. The law still applies. You have to look at it like a court, because in a way it is. The law says, the penalty for sin is death, but He didn't say WHO had to die, only that death was the penalty. Why do you think on the day of Atonement the high priest would sprinkle blood mixed with water on the left side of the mercy seat? What does Passover symbolize?

Christ didn't change a thing. The Roman Catholic church sure did though. Through the blood of the lamb our sins are paid for. If God just let us off the hook then the devil could come before the Judge and say, "hey you let those humans off, you are not just," and he would be right. With Christ paying the penalty for us, the letter of the law is satisfied and the devil has no recourse.
