%25 the most believable lies have some truth in them
It's not much different than anything else they twist the facts & mix them with supposed insider 411. Very few people get that kind of intel. Even Q said they don't reveal classified intel, only open source 411. Most times I take people with "insider" 411 with a very large grain of salt.
