Out of the 100 votes cast, these six Senators voted AGAINST Rod Rosenstein’s confirmation. Given that these particular senators are from the dark side, I lean toward Rod being a white hat. According to Q, this means Bob Mueller must be a white hat too.

If Rosenstein and Mueller are white hats, this movie is going to have one hell of a surprise ending.
