How are the individual GOV Social Media accounts managed?

Does each Dept. manage them internally with their own interns? Or - and this seems more likely - are they controlled by the Press Sec. (or similar singular coordinated effort?)

If by the same, then that strongly lends credibility to all the 'messaging' we think we see.

If seperately, then could still be coordinated messaging - but some has to be coincidence alone as well. Or confirmation bias and peridilia (or however tha fuk it's spelled.)
