so what I gather from this is that Rosenstein extended the scope of the Mueller investigation outside of the main focus which was the Russian Interference in the 2016 elections.

Whitaker has pulled back the Investigation to the main focus and henceforth put the Mueller investigation back on track "Russian Collusion" and none of this extra stuff.

thats my take on it.

So what is happening essentially is that The Democrats under the false disguise of "Russian Collusion" have opened up a full on investigation into our duly elected President in order to find dirt on him and try to remove him from power because they are scared of being convicted for all the crimes that they themselves have committed.

Rosenstein far extebded the reach of "Scope" so that the Special Council could look into Donald Trumps full history in order to find damning information to be used to impeach him.
