In all fairness the Republican Congress has been useless as an oversight body for the past 8 years so singling out the past 2 is not accurate.
They've been so incredibly useless one might suppose the Republicans running the House have been tasked with protecting the criminals in the Obama administration.
At this task, the GOP has succeeded.
They can't be sent packing fast enough.
