Huma Abedin is MB and has family that involved in the MB, Huma Abedin was confident enough in her friendship with LG that she knew she could walk all the way across NONAME's funeral to kiss him in the cheek in front of CoS Kelly and Mattis.
The main thread here being that LG is more upset that a MB advocate was killed by the direction of the new Prince/future King of KSA (who is not friendly to terrorists) than anything else.
