A note about fluoride:

1) Fluoride occurs naturally in surface and ground water, in many places in amounts well above US artificial fluoridation levels. It is the same simple F- ion in all these cases, no matter the originating elemental compound.

2) In 2015, which was during Obama's time in office, the US recommended levels of fluoride in drinking water were actually lowered.

Source: Wikipedia. I think the above makes a nice big hole in the anti-fluoride arguments that needs to be addressed by fluoride opponents (shills cooperating on a designated talking point?). I don't think Q was talking about fluoride when the told to watch the water.

Do you think the information on worldwide fluoride levels and United States Health and Human Services Department recommendations was a lie? Those things have hard sources beyond Wikipedia, the sort that are hard to falsify. The Obama government lowering recommended fluoride levels (they say to fight dental fluorosis) is especially fatal to anti-fluoride arguments and means that those inclined to conspiracy theories about fluoride should switch to considering the possible health benefits of fluoride instead.

Fluoride is just one element that is naturally found in drinking water. According to one study an area with higher fluoride had lower Alzheimer's, but that's just one study, though still more credible than the anti-fluoride side's arguments about Nazi concentration camps and the like.

I don't think distilled water is better than normal good water.

India has very high levels of natural fluoride. They have more than enough in their water supply without adding more. Too much fluoride does have adverse effects. Europe also does very little fluoridation because the natural levels are already high enough.

If the anti-fluoride arguments were true, Brussels would be a great promoter of fluoride. Instead they don't care. Remember that there is a deep swamp in Europe, in places worse than in America, I deem. You sound like an American who doesn't realize how bad it's in Europe. America merely gets more attention. MK Ultra type incidents and the like in non-English-speaking countries get easily overlooked by forums like this one. Nevertheless more well-known cases like the Dutroux affair should give you an idea.
