I'm working on the meaning of "OP" in the second line, below:

The definition I'm currently exploring is:
OP = Other People
Assuming the "image drop" Q wants us to think about is the photo of Ruth Bader Ginsburg with Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, taken in 2015, I wondered if there might be similar photos with Other People visiting Vietnam. It turns out that a reverse image search using TinEye turns up a handful of such images:

Going through the images at TinEye featuring Other People, I came up the list below of dates, names and affiliations of visitors to Vietnam who sat for nearly identical photo ops (OPs?) with the Prime Minister.
REQUEST: Do any of you see a pattern in the list or any research leads in it which might be worth pursing?
