I grill it around 250, so about 30 minutes per pound. Roughly 5 hours for this turkey tomorrow. (Wifeanon is oven roasting TWO turkey breasts.)
You should try it. I've done them on my regular Weber charcoal if you don't want to shell out a few hundred bucks for the big ones.
