A truly Machiavellian move would be to announce "maybe some whistleblowers" and have everybody that knows anything worried about Arkancide for the next couple of weeks! Just think how nervous Bill and Hillary are going to be for the next couple weeks! Maybe Meadows does have some people coming forward, or maybe it's just Barry Scweitzer(Clinton Cash) and Charles Ortel (forensic accountant screaming about CF for a while now), but that whole lot has gotta be freaking out about now and I love it!
