Good thought.. or they trying to ramp up the supply inside the US, bc they know POTUS will close down borders.. Other child-suppliers are allready down.
So they might need some more inside the country .. Just need to advise the workforce @ planned parenthood to advice differently since the last ~2 years. should be pretty easy to get those nr down if you can controll how the ppl are adviced and which options are shownt to them :/
