TWITTER TWEET RESTRICTIONS

I was hitting over100K impressions a day on Twitter, 3.3M impressions in 28 days based on their monitors. One day I was cut back to approximately 25% of that. I made mention of it and got the following response,

"If you have over 1000 reactions in a month without a check, then you are throttled to keep server time cheap. With a blue check, it's 10,000. Only if you are a Republican though."

If this is a well-known fact Congress would seem to have plenty to act upon. If it is not then it should be.
