  • 500,000 IU vitamin D3…yes a half million (not enough to get toxic, but enough to get out of the hole)

  • 100 IU/lb/day (200 lbs = 20,000 IU/d) for a few months (get blood levels checked…want to be around 80 - 120 ng/ml despite conventional ranges)

  • Replete magnesium any way possible…greens (chloryphyll has Mg at it's core)…Epsom Salt (MgSO4) soaks, slug of Milk of Magnesia (MgOH) before bed.

  • Take a high quality multi-vitamin daily per each 100 lbs…200 lbs take one A.M., one P.M., add one at lunch if you work hard.

  • Supplement B-vitamins with high quality bioavailable versions…increase to effect…water soluble so don't worry about excess…dial it in.

  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda in a glass of cold water a few times a day away from meals. Acid makes you feel like shit…your kidneys struggle to make enough sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to keep up and get exhausted. Depression soon follows weakened kidney function.

  • Start walking in the sun to the extent you're able. Work out to the extent you're able. You were designed (yes, it's true) to work in the sun and to benefit from those things. Leverage what you learn here to your advantage. Sick muscles, sick mind.

Seriously, you'll have no idea how much some cheap fixes can turn around the general situation.

Says, one who knows all too well.

Peace and relief, Anon. You will be lifted up today.
