GCI couldn't hack their way out of a paper bag. I have worked with them and a number of companies they have listed in the graphic. They rallied to surpass ACS in Alaska years ago and then when they became #1 they got complacent and all of their services went to complete shit. Very unreliable tech, incompetent management (all contractor in itself), and primitive support services. I doubt they could collectively spell the word cabal correctly. As to anon's POTUS twatter, pulling a capital "i" out of a random lowercase "i", it is a stretch. Nice thinking though, just my 2c.
