Why do you think that Trump was tweeting about Tonja Jacobi?
Could it be because she analyses how Supreme Court Justices decide, and writes about it? Did she write anything about the 9th circuit? About the size of a circuit?
Or could it be because applying her analysis techniques to the 9th circuit, reveals some strange abnormalities in behavior?
