First reports from local news are saying shooter down. And at least 4 injured but injuries are most likely from trampling or people falling while running away from the area.

Extra officers already on duty. Two individuals both adults got into a confrontation and exchanged gunfire. One was hit (18yr old) he has been taken to hospital with serious injuries other individual was confronted by officers while trying to flee the scene was shot and killed.
A twelve year old girl was hit by stray bullet in the original confrontation and was taken to the near by children's hospital. She was alert and talking at last known condition.
