There is strategic reasoning involved with refraining from certain topics in this chess game.

Sometimes Classic & Perennial topics must be "tabled" while the war is fought because the "Propaganda Value" of said topics has been so overwhelmingly "Locked-Up" & Controlled in the perception of the masses; That those topics must be held for the strategic time of disclosure.

A long, widespread, sustained propaganda messaging campaign WORKS when (((they))) hold the truth in classified-secrecy.

Without disclosure (DECLAS) one is just screaming perceived "conspiracy theories" against the [perceived] reality → Which has been carefully crafted over centuries.
