Okay so the 2-reg prefix is from the island of Guernsey.. so thats where it is/was registered.. What gets me is if this is a leased plane why not lease a US registered plane? Did they lease it and immediately fly it here or did the leasing company already have it in the states at the time of the lease… so many mysteries surround this.

Has anyone considered doing a FOIA request to the CIA to see if they have anything on Project Deep Dream? Pretty sure Q dropped that to let us know that is the name of the follow-on program to MKultra.
