RANDOM THOUGHTS ON THE CASE THAT LED TO SCALIA'S MURDER

If it was a specific case that led to Scalia's murders I was just thinking that there may be writings/notes from Scalia on the case.

Would DOJ have access to these notes?

I see that Scalia's family donated his papers to the Harvard Law School Library.

The article says this about the papers that may exist re: the case that led to his murder:

"Scalia’s work on the Supreme Court and the D.C. Circuit Court will begin to be opened for research in 2020, although materials regarding specific cases will not be opened during the lifetime of other justices or of judges who participated in the case."

I hope we don't have to wait until all of the other Justices are dead to see these and I hope DOJ doesn't have to wait!
