Today for fun I looked up an acronym that I didn't know.

I think people who make graphics where the acronym is central to the meaning ought to spell out their acronym at least once. Otherwise a lot of folks will never read it. Do you have any idea how many days I complete ignored anon's graphics because I had no idea what the acronym meant?

AIPAC

American Israel Public Affairs Committee

Go ahead, laugh.

Doesn't matter. The date of Christmas is based on a pagan holiday. The Bible never said to celebrate Christ's birth, and if it were to be celebrated, the true date is in the autumn sometime.

Anon, I've been here 12 hours a day for over a year, and never knew that acronym. Not newbie by any means. I was kinda making fun of somebody who keeps repetitively posting memes/graphics where nobody knows WTH it's about. Kek.

Try stretching the wrists. Flexion like the position your wrist is in when doing pushups. (I'm diagnosed with bilateral C.S. but having almost zero problems 30 years later due to changes in lifestyle and regular stretching.) Find out what causes inflammation and eliminate it from your diet; it might be a diet issue (gluten or wheat or products grown/harvested with Roundup/glyphosate).

Meanwhile since it's a repetitive strain disorder, rest the affected area and find natural products that are antinflammatory to apply topically.

Evaluate the ergonomics of your seating area and make changes.

Get up frequently and change position and move around.

Don't believe what the doctors and neurologists say. The condition does NOT have to be progressive or disabling. Some go for surgery but I didn't, and glad I didn't.

Wish I knew WTH the graphic means.

What flight? What is RED2? Who are those people? What's the significance of those flight numbers – why did you select them? Anon doesn't have TV or watch any movies. Anon doesn't have much of a clue here.

If you are scrolling with a mouse, change to using a trackpoint or cursor tablet (both integrated into my keyboard so I have a choice). Or use page up, page down for scrolling if you're not. Avoid doing the same movement all the time. Try making your other hand do it.

When first diagnosed I believed the neurologist and wore the wrist braces for months … making my wrists get weak. It was symptomatic relief only.

Years later I discovered the stretching & diet changes, which helped significantly more.

Also if your hands become numb while sleeping, there are alternatives to wearing the wrist braces. If you sleep on your back, try a bunched-up wash cloth in each hand to shape the hand into a curved position. If that works, try just a handful of bunched-up blanket in each hand. You can adapt the sleeping posture until you have less and less problems.

Hope my solutions work for you. Prob doesn't help everybody, but it sure helped me. Glad I didn't let them cut me.
