Does DROP 570 suggest SESSIONS may return to the stage?

As previously pointed out, Sessions did not date his resignation letter. Was it just a draft for his eventual resignation? Do all heads of departments required to have a tentative resignation letter on hand?

Note Sessions signature to the judge is exactly as the printed signatory line [Jeff Sessions]. But on the resignation letter, the meticulous attorney does not sign his name as printed.
