So we all recognize that our single largest obstacle to getting official confirmation is the failure of any reporter to ask POTUS about Q on camera.

What would happen if we started a fund that would be awarded to the first person that has the opportunity to ask the question and get a verbal (on camera) or written (tweet or otherwise) response from POTUS? If the bait is big enough, someone will bite.

His answer would either validate this movement, or end it. Are we as believers willing to put this to the test? What would the exact question be?

Who has proximity to POTUS with cameras running (and I'm not talking about just a rally handshake moment, or a shouted question in passing)? Who would we trust collect the jackpot and determine (and reward) the winner?

One of the things something like this would have going for it is that nobody wins until POTUS responds, so a lot of people would likely be trying to solicit a response via twitter and/or in person. If enough people are trying, it will force the issue (or at least push it more than it's being pushed currently). At some point an independent journalist or some regular person will have the opportunity to speak with POTUS on camera and they'll have the balls to ask and we will have our (dis)closure.

If POTUS responds directly to them, they win (regardless of his answer). If POTUS responds to nobody in particular (ie he posts a tweet about it), then the money can default to Assange or some other worthy cause.

I'd be willing to throw at least $100 at it, provided the question was well written and leaves little room for ambiguity from POTUS. Something short, specific, and twatter-sized is probably best). Here's what I would want asked:
