It's a tough call. I've experienced the effects of the outside influence of microwave tech and it's risky to get into the hands of the wrong people.
It absolutely can be used for good, but in the wrong hands would be the absolute downfall of humanity. The dopamine release, the increase cognitive functioning, alertness, calmness, wakefulness, the ability to logically solve complex issues, is pretty amazing and would no doubt change our future for the better, but there is a risk involved.
If we can build a failsafe to keep the influence positive then I would take the risk. We are indeed at a precipice of choice. Take the risk or no.
